Chef Christina Dimacali
    Christina comes from a family of accomplished home cooks.  Most training has been field    
    taught, working for restaurants in the Midwest.  She’s had additional training from the Culinary
    Business Academy for personal chefs, the Restaurant School of Philadelphia and the Institute   
    for Culinary Education in New York City.  She continues learning the latest food trends and
    techniques while incorporating a healthy lifestyle.  

    Christina is a full time chef and entrepreneur for her business, Clean Your Plate.  She is a
    ServSafe® certified safe food handler, fully insured, and a premiere member of the United    
    States Personal Chef Association (USPCA).  Christina is an active member of EWomen     
    Network and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.  She donates time to various   
    local charities, including the Twilight Wish Foundation, Friend's Select School and Manna of
    Pennsylvania.  Christina is a chef spokesperson for the American Heart Association.  


















    A teacher at heart, Christina loves showcasing cooking techniques and world cuisine in her
    entertaining cooking classes at Williams Sonoma in Ardmore and Foster's Homeware in
    Center City.  An expert in her field, she has guest lectured at the Art Institute of Philadelphia's
    culinary program, and in the business and Batten Leadership classes at Hollins University,       
    her college alma mater.     

    Christina has been featured in the Philadelphia Daily News, the Philadelphia Inquirer, radio
    and podcasts.  Her food articles have been featured in the national Personal Chef Magazine
    and Sommelier News.  Media appearances include CBS news, CN8 Your Morning, and
    Amy Buckman's 'Saving with Six' on 6ABC.  She is a regular guest on NBC's 10! Show.
